I never really appreciate a day off unless it does what it claims... it's OFF. Recently my days off have revolved more around being very ON. I cherish the moments that I totally shut down because I have found them harder to come by. My OFF ritual usually includes a set of clothes that a Sultan would be proud to call comfortable. It also involves a nice couch set-up fully stocked with items that require little to no movement to obtain. Finally, a laundry list of films that I have been wanting to see are stockpiled into the DVR/Blueray/Netflix and viewed until I physically stick to the couch cushion. As Martha would say... It's a good thing.
